The news that I reported below was posted very quickly. One of the reference websites has unusual opinion associated with it that I don't share. The website has some useful information  related to my posting, however.

I felt that it was more important to report what I had found immediately. If I find more useful references, I will post those to disassociate the information from an unusual website which I have not fully investigated.
