Judge Carter drops Obama eligibility case...
Judge Carter dropped the Obama eligibility case because he believes that his court could not remove the President if it found that he was not eligible. He said that it is up to Congress to get the job done.
Congress will probably not take those steps, even if we vote good conservatives into office. It's just too much controversy for them politically. We'll just have to make sure to vote him out of office.
A bright spot, though, 3 states have on their ballots bills that would require any Presidential candidate, including an incumbent President, to show actual birth certificates and prove eligibility to be able to be on the ballot.

Remember the pink slips?
Many of us sent 'pink slips' to Congress to let them know that they'll be fired if they continue to raise taxes, etc. Almost 5 million of them have been sent! If you stacked them up, they would be 2.5 times higher than the Washington monument! The project bought up the entire nation's supply of pink paper and even more had to be made.

Devaluation of American $
Glenn Beck pointed out on today's show very disturbing news about our dollar.
Do you remember the major inflation that Jimmy Carter caused by printing 13% more money? They had to raise interest rates to 20% for a while to repair the damage. The rise in interest allows the fed to take money back out of the market and correct the amount of money in circulation.
Now...
Obama has printed... *ahem*... 120% more money than we already had in circulation. So, how much do you have to raise the interest rate to fix THAT problem?!
Hmmm... raise it to 200%? Hmmm. It's not possible.
Glenn pointed out that there has to be a way to give our dollar value once again. What could that be? The only way is for the Government to make a MASSIVE land grab to equate our money to that value. How do they plan to pull that off?
They are going to use the EPA to falsely claim 'endangered species' need protection! Far more species have been added to the list than ever before... it's happening.
Buy gold. Prepare. What will a soda at the drive through cost in a few years? $
15? Give that some thought.

I'm not trying to depress you...
I have believed for quite a while that our country (and most of the world) will enter another Great Depression.

While I certainly enjoy life (and can, even in a economic depression) and look forward to our future, it doesn't mean that I, or you, shouldn't consider the possibilities.
I believe that we will be in another Great Depression soon. I pray that I am wrong. All of the economic news is bleak. Little blurbs that you hear about in the news saying how well the stock market is doing are meaningless. Our true unemployment rate is near 17%. Depression era rates were around 25%. Traitors in both major parties have pushed us over the edge. The American dollar is ruined. Our economy is ruined. Our workforce would rather play video games and hope for hand-outs from the federal government. No country has EVER created and recovered from a debt as large as our country's.
DO NOT LOSE HOPE. Through a powerful, patriotic fight, stamina, and courage, we will eventually be able to heal our country. Me must do so for our country's future (and our childrens'). It may take 10-15 years to have a substantial recovery, but we will come out of it stronger, leaner, and revved up!
Think of it like you're going back to college and you'll have to tighten your belt until you're finished earning your Master's degree... except that this Master's degree will have you coming out prepared to experience a massive economic growth based upon free markets, conservative politics, and ingenuity.
'Progressive' politicians are gearing up to take advantage of the pending Great Depression and will attempt to permanently change our Constitution. They plan to turn us into a full blown socialist country. They are actually expecting to easily accomplish their goal. WE WILL NOT ALLOW THIS.
Even though I believe that we have tough times ahead of us, we will be able to rely upon neighbors, family, and courage. Those that are better off will need to contribute to soup kitchens and the like. During the crisis, we must keep a positive spirit! There will be plenty of reasons to be proud Americans. We will teach young ones the value of work and conservative politics. We will join together as brothers and sisters to defend America from the tyranny of socialism. Patriots will get back to basics, just like when our country was founded.
Start thinking about the bigger picture... it feels like there is something VERY wrong, doesn't it?
Stay focused.
Stay positive.
We will succeed.

OCTOBER 23, 2009 (TUCSON, AZ) Why is Nina Trasoff lying to voters?
On February 23, 2009 the City Council voted to conduct an outside audit of Rio Nuevo and require quarterly public hearings to let the voters know where over $160 million was wasted. As of today the Council has REFUSED to perform an audit or have public hearings.
What doesn’t Nina Trasoff want you to know? How far will she go to cover up her $160 million dollar mistakes? So far as to openly lie about her transparency?
In several recent forums, Nina Trasoff has alleged that she and the rest of the council have not followed through on their commitment to conduct a thorough public audit of Rio Nuevo because they "were enjoined from doing so by the Republican led legislature." The truth is that no such enjoinment was ever in place and that as the head of the Rio Nuevo subcommittee, Ms.Trasoff has violated her own commitment to operate under an umbrella of transparency in refusing to open the books and show the taxpayers how she has spent their money. Below is a statement by State Representative Frank Antenori that supports this fact.
CLARIFICATION FROM STATE REP.FRANK ANTENORI:
State Legislature Did Not Prohibit Audit
Over the past few days it has come to my attention that current members of the Tucson City Council, particularly Ms. Trasoff and Ms. Uhlich, are claiming that their failure to perform a financial audit of Rio Nuevo was due to a directive from the State Legislature. Nothing can be further from the truth. The Arizona State Legislature made no such directive, passed no legislation or made statements that would prohibit the City of Tucson from conducting an audit.
The Legislature did inform the city that continuing to spend Tax Increment Financing (TIF) dollars on non-revenue generating projects, such as the Mission Gardens, would result in the legislature sweeping funds from the Tucson TIF District. We strongly advised that the city of Tucson focus on revenue generating projects such as the Tucson Convention Center expansion and associated infrastructure for a downtown hotel. This strong recommendation was made for two reasons. First, it would reduce the likelihood of the legislature sweeping TIF money for reasons of possible misuse of funds and second, in an effort to save the Gem and Mineral Show.
It would not be in the best interests of Arizona taxpayers to suspend the audit process for Rio Nuevo and the legislature would never consider removing such a vital tool used to maintain oversight of taxpayer dollars.

Hold firm, hold fast...
The post that follows this one is about a patriotic citizen, Doug Hoffman, who isn't happy that the GOP is supporting a liberal Republican, Dede Scozzafava, a RINO (Republican In Name Only). The Independent Hoffman is pulling so much support away from the GOP candidate that Dede signed a promise to not continue to raise taxes and support more stimulus bills. This 'promissory note' was accepted by Newt Gingrich as acceptable.
THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
T.E.A. Party patriots and other patriots see right through this garbage.
Even if the Democrat candidate wins due to having a split Republican vote, we MUST STAND FIRM. GOP leadership is starting to get the message.

Obama declares war on America...
The White House is using YOUR money to have a person watch Fox News and post opinions and fact checking on its broadcast. The White House blog declares that Fox News, and those that watch it, are enemies.
A recent Pew Poll proves that Fox News, aside from having the most viewership, also has the most averaged types of viewers. It has a far greater balance of conservative, liberal, and independent viewers.
This means that the White House has declared that YOU are an enemy. Our President has declared that American citizens are his enemies.

CNN reporter gets a surprise...
On CNN, they had a group of young children perform a 'Obamacare' song. The children had sung at Obama's inauguration, on Oprah's show, and other places. Prior to singing the song, the CNN reporter holds the microphone down to Willy's face and asks him to say something... he gave her a surprise! He doesn't believe in Obamacare!

That Obama is NOT eligible under the laws of the Constitution of the United States as provided for in Article II, Section 1.
Said Article II, Section 1 states:
"No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."

I know who will be our new President in 2012
It's become obvious.
Glenn Beck's skyrocketing show audience is made up of mostly mothers. Yes, mothers. They will not allow our country to become socialist. Who best to watch out for America's children? Mothers.
That leads me to the incredible popularity of Sarah Palin with America's mothers. She speaks well, has good conservative values, has taken on corruption in her own political party (a big plus with almost everyone), and is downright photogenic.
All you have to do is look at who is motivated in the country politically to get something done... mothers. Who do they like? A fellow mother.
Sarah Palin will be the next President of the United States.

Well kids, Barry Soetoro's C.O.L.B. (Certificate Of Live Birth) which his administration points to as supposed proof of eligibility, has now been proven beyond faked, it isn't even legal.
His COLB says that it is file with the registrar, not RECORDED. The supposed document itself merely indicates filing for a COLB, and hasn't even been accepted by the state of Hawaii yet.
Political agents in the state of Hawaii are currently breaking the law by not revealing to public requests, data that would be associated with the filing and recording of such a COLB. Their law states that the information MUST be made available to the public, yet they REFUSE!
Hawaii is now being sued over their own violation of their own laws.
In another court, today, a judge considers a Department of Justice motion to kill another case pertaining to Barry Soetoro's eligibility to be POTUS.
So far, it looks like the case will move forward.
On another note, Google is now blocking the website to Orly Taitz, the lead attorney in many eligibility cases. Gee, it seems that Google doesn't believe in free speech.

Death of ACORN
As a sign of REAL CHANGE, ACORN is quickly dying off. Major sources of funding are drying up and politicians are considering it a 'hot potato'.

OBAMA failure... again.
So now we have, at our expense, Oprah, Michelle Obama (flying over on their own huge jet) and Barry Soetoro (Obama) hanging out in Copenhagen. They went with the assumption that their so-called 'star' power would bring the Olympics to Chicago.
They failed.
Members of those on the Olympics voting committee mentioned to reporters that Obama's short 4 hour stay actually hurt his case. They felt that it was a bit of a snub. Had Obama NOT gone, it is possible that Chicago would have done better in the voting process. Chicago was the FIRST city to be voted out of contention.
Obama is only upset for his gal-pal 'sister' Valerie Jarrett. She is his closest adviser in the White House (and the one to have brought in the disgraced communist, Van Jones, and the one to have pulled strings on the board at the hospital that gave Michelle that cushy job, and the one that coordinated Obama's growth within ACORN... oh, and the one that is facing FRAUD charges for being a slum lord). She made a million bucks as the so-called head of many of the housing projects that received an 11 rating out of 100. Her buildings have had almost no money spent on them, but lots has gone into her pockets.
Obama is upset for his friend because her damaged housing project buildings (with tenants living amongst the rats) would have been bought up with federal stimulus funds to be demolished to build new arenas for the Olympics in Chicago.
Gee, why was it that Obama gave her an "ethics pass" to be able to fly over to Copenhagen and continue to be involved? AN ETHICS PASS?! Only in Chicago... and now, the White House.

Gee, why was it that Obama gave her an "ethics pass" to be able to fly over to Copenhagen and continue to be involved? AN ETHICS PASS?! Only in Chicago... and now, the White House.
Thank God, Obama is a failure at everything he touches. Sure, he's mad a huge mess, but we'll be able to repair the country and eliminate the corruption.

Oath
Officers in our military do not take an oath to follow the orders of the President... they take an oath to protect and defend our constitution... from enemies foreign and domestic.
